$100k – $200k: Condo / Townhome or Single Family Home – 3 bedroom – 1400+ square feet – good rental property

Chandler / Mesa / Gilbert:

$400-$750k: 4 bedroom / 3 bath – 4 car garage preferred but will settle for 3 car – pool – approx 3,500 square feet
$100k: 3 bedroom
$100k : $140k: 3+ bedroom – prefers homes that need updating for fix and flip
